Ryan Ritchie

Partner

Ryan, a seasoned leader in the construction industry, manages project operations at ChalkLine. Originally from Chicago, he has successfully led complex projects nationwide. Prior to founding ChalkLine, Ryan served as Director of Construction at a major real estate firm. With expertise in construction and design, he is dedicated to mentoring emerging talents. Active in industry organizations, Ryan currently serves on the board of the Central region of the Association of Builders and Contractors and has held the role of past president.

Bryan Brown

Bryan, with a master's degree in architecture, brings a wealth of expertise to ChalkLine projects. His background includes leadership roles at a large real estate company and managing design and pricing at a major mechanical firm. Leveraging his design, cost management skills, and deep mechanical insight, Bryan ensures sound decision-making for project success. Known for his ability and calm demeanor, Bryan is a valuable asset to any project.

Kaitlyn brings 7+ years experience in streamlining operations and driving marketing strategies within the construction industry. She has a proven track record of boosting efficiency, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing revenue by executing on the partner’s visions. Kaitlyn's leadership and innovative approach resulted in her being voted in as the President-Elect of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) – Austin Chapter.

Blake Evans

Vice President of Construction

Blake, a seasoned project manager, has successfully overseen some of the largest projects in Texas since graduating from Texas A&M. Recognized for his precision and leadership, he serves as a trusted advisor to all our clients, dedicated to mentoring ChalkLine project managers in the art of efficiently managing construction projects. With a wealth of experience, Blake ensures seamless project delivery for all our clients.

Dalton Wallace

Vice President of Operations

Dalton, in his capacity as the Field Leader at ChalkLine, not only manages all field teams but also takes great pleasure in training new talent. His passion for sharing knowledge is evident in his genuine and effective communication style, through which he imparts his vast expertise in the construction industry. With a career dedicated to construction, Dalton excels in overseeing projects across various sectors, from utility work to commercial construction, with a specialization in multifamily constructions. Additionally, his adept scheduling skills and ability to integrate field experience into design processes contribute significantly to the success of operations at ChalkLine.

Tepa Gonzalez

Senior Superintendent

Tepa brings 17+ years experience to Chalkline as the Senior Construction Superintendent with a demonstrated history in providing oversight in Chalkline’s budgeting, value engineering, contractor management, real estate development, and renovation projects.
